185 nm UV TOC Reduction Systems for Ultrapure Water


Even in ultrapure water and high-purity process water systems, trace organic contaminants can remain after advanced treatment, affecting water quality stability in critical applications such as semiconductor, microelectronics, display, photovoltaic, and pharmaceutical manufacturing.


The WTU Series uses 185 nm VUV oxidation to reduce TOC and maintain stable low-TOC performance. Optional synthetic quartz lamp envelopes and sleeves enhance 185 nm VUV transmission, helping support reliable TOC reduction down to<1 ppb under validated operating conditions.
